Show Host Online Video / Video Podcast

We are looking for on-camera host to perform studio interviews. Multiple opportunities are available, depending on experience. Please indicate in your email the industries you are interested in covering with your industry experience:

Must have journalism degree or equivalent experience as a reporter, show host or video journalist with substantial time on-camera.

• Comfortable on camera and can carry the whole show.
• Exhibit subtle confidence and charisma.
• Comfortable reading from teleprompter, introducing show, handling transitions, asking questions, while setting interviewee at ease.
• Work with writers to draft questions, intro/outro.
• Understand the editing and production process so that you can ask the right questions to get transitions and sound bites.
• Genuinely interested in your area of industry focus.
• Comfortable and experienced at interviewing executives and industry leaders.
• Practice sound journalistic skills while bringing out the best in the interviewee.

Voice-Over Talent

Seeking occasional talent for a variety of formats including announcing, character, and narration. Must have access to studio or live within driving distance to San Francisco.

Audio Stringer

Looking to maintain contacts with stringers in major metro areas for remote tape synchs. Must have all your own gear, ability to record at 44.1Khz/16bit with balanced cables, quick setup and teardown, Sennheiser short shotgun mic (MK416 or equivalent), pop filter, and backup recorder for redundancy, and ability to FTP. Presentable in a corporate environment. Professionalism and reliability are key. Metro Areas: New York, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Chicago, Denver, San Francisco, Seattle, and Boston.

CSS Web Programmer

Must have significant experience with CSS and Dreamweaver CS3.

• Can create and maintain Dreamweaver templates
• Understanding of complex layouts including divs with boarders and cross browser functioning
• Template creation

Flash Programmer

Must have extensive experience with Flash CS3:

• Ability to create customized flash video skins and players
• 5 years experience with ActionScript programming and able to adapt to ActionScript 3
• Extensive understanding of the flvplayback component
• Able to code controls for video player, expand screen, un-mute, setup hotspots for playback.
• Able to integrate skins into the look and feel of a custom web page.
• Create flash banners, slide bars with flying test animation and interactive features such as flash response forms.

PHP Programmer

Must have experience creating database driven sites:

• 5 years experience with PHP, MySQL and Linux.
• Able to integrate with CSS.
